Hi, Iā€™m Kate, one of the front-of-house team members at Manor House Fitness.
I am really proud and excited to be part of an amazing team and fantastic gym at MHF.

I have always had a passion for client care and will be here to ensure every member has the best experience possible at MHF.

After falling out of a routine with training in the gym myself a few years ago I am currently starting to find my confidence again and get back into training regularly.

As part of the members club, I am here to make sure every member at the gym feels comfortable and welcome when using the facilities.

Outside of the gym I also enjoy horse riding and walks in the countryside with my dog to stay active.

Please feel free to speak with me if you have any anxieties or feel you need further support at the gym. I am here to help point you in the direction of one of our personal trainers/class instructors to support you on your fitness journey.
