I have personal experience treating professional athletes at Warrington Wolves Rugby League club, as well as working with a variety of patients in both the NHS and in other clinical environments. These experiences have given me the skills and knowledge to help all types of patients on their road to recovery from injury.

I will aim to help you achieve your established goals through a variety of treatment options whether it be through educational purposes, tailored exercise programmes to improve strength and/or mobility, or through hand-on approaches such as soft tissue therapies.
